PRIVATE TRAINING:
Private Training enables owners an opportunity to work with a trainer, one
on one, to learn manners and obedience or solve behavior problems. House
training, jumping, destructive chewing, digging, running away, pulling on leash,
severe shyness, separation anxiety and some forms of aggression can
be solved in two to three training sessions. The first session is normally 90
minutes long, with succeeding sessions normally up to 60 minutes long.
We average three to four visits to one dog households and four to six visits for multiple dog households. Some households may require more or less visits. At your first visit, your trainer can discuss with you their estimate of how many visits you may need to achieve desired results.
Remember, as with all our training, this training focus' on humans! We leave at the end of the appointment, so our goal is to TRAIN YOU!

& BREAKFAST BOARDING IN THE TRAINERS HOME:
Your dog will live in the trainers home, and enjoy it's vacation as much
as (or more than) you enjoy yours. You can relax on your vacation knowing
your canine pal is receiving the best of care and attention*.
A
supervised 900 sq. ft. play yard and one of two, full acre exercise areas are
offered for daily exercise. The play yard includes a digging pit, kiddy
pool*, play and physical development equipment, balls, toys and even bubbles
for those guests who enjoy them. The large exercise area is perfect for
those dogs who love to run, run, run!!!
Dog crates are used at night, during feedings and during the day if a human
chaperone is not available. Otherwise, dogs live
as part of the family, free to be in the kitchen, living room or bedrooms with
the other dogs and humans!
Some nice benefits are the reinforcement of obedience, politeness and house training. If your dog stays more than a week, it will also receive light grooming, nail trimming if needed and ear cleaning at NO EXTRA CHARGE! (No need to bathe your pampered pets when you get them home!)
Clients tell us their shy dogs go home happy because of the high comfort level and the more boisterous dogs go home tired from all the play!

House Training for Dog & Puppies - Is that cute puppy face beginning to wear out his welcome and your carpet? If so, don't just learn to live with it. And don't force him to become an outside-only dog. There is actually a correct pattern and sequence to preventing house soiling.
It takes, on average, eight weeks to fully train (or
even re-train) dogs and puppies. That means no soiling inside and a dog who
gives a signal for wanting to "go out".
